3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

INGREDIENTS

200g peanut butter
175g golden castor sugar
1 large egg

METHOD

Heat oven to 180c/160c fan, gas 4 and line 2 baking sheets with baking parchment.

Mix ingredients in a bowl until the mixture forms a dough.

Break off small chunks of dough and place well spaced on the baking sheet.

Press cookies down with the back of a fork to squash them down a little.

Bake for 12mins in the centre of the oven until golden around the edges and paler in the centre.

Store in a cookie jar for up to 3 days.
