3 Ingredient Vanilla Ice cream

INGREDIENTS

600 ml double cream

397 g condensed milk (1 tin)

1 vanilla pod

METHOD

Make the mix
Whip the cream lightly until it forms soft peaks Stir through the condensed milk and vanilla pod.

Freeze
Pour into a suitable container and freeze for a couple of hours.

Serve
Leave the ice cream out of the freezer to soften for 10 minutes before serving. Serves 4
